This site is owned and operated by Aduco Digital, LLC ("Aduco Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), a creative web design and digital strategy studio.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to Aduco Digital. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

Work we create for you (websites, designs, branding materials, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your contract. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or our services, including but not limited to: uploading malicious code, spamming, infringing on intellectual property, violating laws, or using our services for illegal purposes.

Proposals, Fees & Payments

Payment structure: Projects require either full payment upfront OR a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Retainer services: Monthly retainer fees are due by the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, Stripe, or invoice.

Late payments: May delay project delivery and incur reasonable administrative fees.

Scope changes: Additional requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

Pricing: All pricing is subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any inquiry, project, or service request at our sole discretion.

Use of Subcontractors

Aduco Digital may engage trusted third-party contractors, specialists, or vendors to assist in delivering services (e.g., developers, designers, copywriters). All subcontractors are bound by confidentiality and professionalism standards.

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits secure your spot and compensate for initial project work.

Project Timelines & Delivery

We'll provide estimated timelines in your proposal. Timelines depend on your timely feedback and approval. Delays on your end may extend delivery dates.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
Ensure you have legal rights to all materials you provide (photos, copy, logos, etc.)
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule

Disclaimers

Our site and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, revenue, traffic, follower growth, or sales conversions. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Aduco Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the three months prior to any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aduco Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our site, breach of these Terms, or materials you provide.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. For retainer clients, termination requires 30 days written notice, and you are responsible for payment through the notice period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah state or federal courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
